Option 1: Delete in the app
If you can sign in to HelloDial:

Open HelloDial and go to Settings.

Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, send us a request:

Email us at support@hellotechsolution.com.

Include your registered phone number in the email.

Use “Account Deletion Request” as the email subject.
What happens next?
We will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
